What these terms cover
These terms cover the allowgate.com website only - the marketing site, the early-access signup, and the contact form.
They do not cover the AllowGate product. The product is a multi-tenant service; using it is governed by the tenant agreement signed with each customer, not by this page.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site, sign up for the early-access list, and contact us. In return, we ask that you do not:
- Attack or probe it. No attempts to break, overload, or test the security of the site or its infrastructure without our written permission.
- Scrape it abusively. Reading the site is fine; automated harvesting that degrades it for others, or ignores reasonable limits, is not.
- Misrepresent yourself. Do not impersonate someone else or submit details you know to be false through the signup or contact form.
- Interfere with availability. No attempt to disrupt the site for other visitors.
The early-access programme
Signing up to the early-access list is not a contract, and not a guarantee that any product ships. It records your interest and your consent to be contacted about the programme.
The programme may change or close at any time. If we later open a paid early-access offer, it will carry its own separate terms, agreed at that point. Sending us a message through the contact form likewise creates no obligation on either side.
Intellectual property
The content of this site - text, design, and the AllowGate name and branding - belongs to Opservio. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish it without our permission.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either - it may be unavailable for maintenance, or carry the occasional error.
Content on this site is informational. It is not a binding offer, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Polish law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved otherwise falls to the courts competent for Opservio's registered seat.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top.
Because we promise no newsletter, we have no push channel for change notifications. For material changes, the previous version will remain linked at the bottom of this page so the diff is visible.
